This holiday home is located on the outskirts of the cozy village of Luzy. Luzy is located in the department of Nièvre, which is part of the great region of Burgundy.
A lovely holiday home for 6 (in consultation 8) people, located on the outskirts of a lively town. The house is equipped with everything you need. Several bakeries, 2 supermarkets, restaurants and much more! All this within 5 to 10 minutes on foot or by bike.
The house is comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and patio doors to a big garden. The terrace is tiled and there are plenty of comfortable chairs and a large table to enjoy being outside.
There is a good bathroom with bath and walk-in rain shower, washing machine and dryer. The living room has easy chairs and a 3 person sofa. There is a large dining table for meals or to play (board) games.
For the colder days or in winter, the house can be heated with the fireplace, and / or the electric heaters (which are present in every room). The house is also well isolated, so you can enjoy this house in every season.
A good night's sleep is important, which is why there are good beds. Our house has 2 bedrooms with a double box spring bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 single box spring beds. This way you can even enjoy it at night.
On consultation, the sofa in the living room can also serve as a bed, making it possible to stay in the house with 8 persons.
We keep the house pet and smoke free.

The minimum stay is one week. The changeover day is Saturday (departure before 10.00 am, arrival from 4.00 pm). If you would like a different arrival or departure day, please contact us. We will, if possible, try to meet your wishes.
Children up to 2 years old are free of charge, there is 1 cot and high chair available.
Guests must leave the house broom clean, the dishwasher must be empty and the sheets must be removed. The rubbish must be taken away.
For stays of 2 or more weeks, you will receive a 5% discount.
For stays of 4 weeks or more, please contact us for special rates.
Smoking is not allowed in Maison Lardon.
Electricity is included in the price up to 100kWh/week. Consumption above this will be charged €0.25/kWh.
If you would like to rent our holiday home, we require a prepayment of €250.- at the moment of booking. The remainder must be transferred no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
The damage deposit is €150.
If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days before arrival, the fee is €250.-. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival date, the fee is 100% of the amount paid.
